All prices quoted on this site are retail prices at the time of production. As circumstances beyond our control may arise, prices may have to be raised or lowered (including any changes to the rate of value added tax (VAT). The correct price will be displayed on your delivery note. If for any reason you deem a product unacceptable it may be returned to the address on your delivery note (also shown on the ‘contact us’ page at www.houseofbluebell.com) provided it is returned within 28 days of receiving the product and any labels/tags are still attached (please try on garments before removing tags). All returns must also be in accordance with our standard return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. All prices shown on our site are in Great British Pounds; Sterling. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If an error is discovered in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order. If you are unable to contact you, we will assume your order is cancelled and (if monies have already been taken from your account) you will be refunded in full. Where applicable, all prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges (currently at a flat rate of £5 for UK deliveries and £12.50 for international deliveries*) will be included in the ‘Total Price’ which is shown at the checkout page.

Returns Policy

At the House of Bluebell, we believe that all of our products are made to the highest standard and our customers deserve nothing less than the best quality garments and accessories. However, if you are not happy for any reason with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund (subject to a few conditions stated below).

All goods returned should be in the same condition as they were when received. Any labels should still be attached to the product and any packaging, boxes, bags, tissue paper should be returned with the product within the return period. Please notify us as soon as possible if you intend to return an order and we will be more than happy to exchange or refund your order.
